Check side guardrails, safety nets and baffles for integrity, with their height and spacing complying with safety standards. Confirm end buffers and anti-collision devices work properly, and all safety warning signs are clear and complete. Fourth, metal anti-corrosion inspection. Thoroughly check steel frames and connectors for rust and paint peeling, and test the load-bearing capacity of corroded components to avoid structural strength failures. Fifth, load performance inspection. Conduct static and dynamic load tests to simulate actual usage conditions, verifying the slide’s load-bearing and impact resistance with no permanent deformation or abnormal shaking and noise. Sixth, electrical system inspection. Examine circuit insulation, grounding and waterproof performance to rule out electric leakage and line aging. Ensure lights, warning systems and emergency stop devices function normally. Seventh, site and drainage inspection. Make sure the surrounding ground is flat with unobstructed drainage and no standing water or debris. Eighth, compliance document review. Verify the completeness of equipment files, maintenance records and safety management systems.
