For sites open only on holidays with low visitor volume, slide tubes can last 2 to 3 years with proper maintenance. Outdoor storage under sunlight and humid conditions accelerates aging and shortens the replacement cycle.

Besides service time, regular inspection of tube condition matters more. Tubes with extensive surface peeling, deep cracks, bulges or air leakage after inflation, and edge tearing must be withdrawn immediately and replaced. Tubes with minor surface scratches can remain in service if structural integrity is intact, but they should be marked for frequent inspection.

Proper daily maintenance effectively extends the service life of slide tubes. Clean sand and debris after each operation to prevent scratches. Store tubes away from sharp objects in cool and ventilated areas, and avoid prolonged sun exposure. Rotate different batches of tubes for balanced wear.

Operators are advised to keep inspection records. Check appearance and air tightness before opening daily. Do not decide replacement merely by service time. Prioritize safety status to protect visitors during sliding.
